THE FULL MONTY

Start to finish management

    • Initial face-to-face consultation, so we can get to know you, and what the needs and wants are.

    • Venue & supplier sourcing & management ensuring that they align with your style and budget & all communications & arrangements for the big day including contract negotiations & set up and pack down schedules & supplier meals.

    • Develop style and desired look, providing assistance in styling to ensure a cohesive and personalized aesthetic

    • Budget management, helping you manage your styling budget, ensuring that you stay within your desired financial parameters while still achieving your dream day.

    • Comprehensive event order & run sheet, including supplier timings, set up & pack down and key tasks lists

    • Guest management: actioning save the dates & invitations, collecting RSVP’s and dietary requirements and providing key information for guests

    • Floor plan & table layout management, placing elements strategically to create a cohesive design.

    • Five in person meetings, including planning meetings, venue site visits and final meeting held one week prior to the day

    • 12 hours of On The Day management to deliver on your styling vision, management of all supplier management, operational support & set up and package down

    • Unlimited phone and email advice during business hours

THE PEACE OF MIND

Six weeks prior to date

The Peace of Mind package is specifically designed to alleviate the stress of the planning process during the busy home stretch leading up to the event or wedding. From six weeks prior to the event, you can hand over the reins to Confetti Society and we will take care of all the final details and ensure that everything is in place for the big day.

    • Conduct venue(s) site inspections

    • Coordination & confirmation of your prebooked suppliers

    • Provide any final advise & guidance, filling in any gaps where necessary and assist with any last minute supplier sourcing

    • The creation of floor plans and table layouts to maximize the use of space and create an engaging atmosphere

    • Budget reassessment & management to ensure costs are well-managed

    • Development of the full run sheet of the day, breaking down all details, outlining logistics and key contacts responsible for each tasks.

    • Set up & pack down of styling aspects alongside your suppliers & all set up requirements

    • 10 hours of One The Day management

    • Unlimited phone and email advice during business hours

Our partial planning service allows you to have the assistance you need, whether it's at the beginning, middle, or towards the end of your planning journey. We are here to support you, bring your vision to life, and ensure a stress-free wedding or event planning experience.

Partial Planning

    • Initial face-to-face consultation, so we can get to know you and what stage of planning you are at.

    • Two face-to-face planning appointments, we suggest one of these appoints are to be held at your venue, allowing us to have a better understanding of the space.

    • Supplier and venue sourcing and engaging quality suppliers to suit your budget and style

    • Coordination and floor plan layout creation

    • Management of contracts, giving you the peace of mind that an expert is handing all contracts and invoicing.

    • Styling and décor advice, offering solutions to design & budget concerns, while also ensuring it is cohesive and compliments your style and theme

    • Development of the full run sheet of the day, breaking down all details, outlining logistics and key contacts responsible for each tasks

    • Unlimited phone and email advice during business hours

    • 10% off any stationery & signage from Confetti Society’s collection

    • Waivered delivery fee on any hired items through Confetti Society

On the day event management

    • Initial one hour face-to-face (or Zoom) meeting to hand over details and put a face to the name

    • Review of all contracts, venue limitations and restrictions so we have a full scope of the day

    • Visit venue(s) and confirm all final details

    • Final stages of supplier management including contact prior to the day and onsite contact on the day

    • Set up of styling aspects alongside your suppliers & all set up requirements

    • Provide any final advise & guidance, filling in any gaps where necessary

    • Assistance where needed on the day plus any other tasks you may forget in the excitement

    • Unlimited phone and email advice during business hours

    • 10% off any stationery & signage from Confetti Society’s collection

    • Waivered delivery fee on any hired items through Confetti Society

    • Book a consult with us either in person or via Zoom / phone

Life can be unpredictable, and we understand that weddings and events can bring about stress and uncertainty. You'll have the opportunity to sit down with us for a 90-minute workshop (in-person or Zoom) where you are able to tap into our expertise and resources, we can assess your current situation and provide direction, saving you time and money while still retaining control over the planning process.

    • 90-minutes chat with Confetti Society expert, either via Zoom or in-person

    • Personalised ‘to do’ list and action plan to assist with planning

    • Recommended suppliers suited to your style and vision

    • Styling recommendations to help encapsulate the atmosphere and aesthetic you desire

    • Additional consultation time at $100 per hour
